Leslie I. Nieves is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and private practice
psychotherapist who has served as a healer since 2005. She began her career in
public-sector community mental health, where she spent nearly 15 years
supporting complex clinical needs before transitioning into private practice.
Her work has included children and families involved in child welfare, at-risk
and justice-involved youth, women impacted by domestic violence, and survivors of sexual assault.
Leslie utilizes a strength-based, trauma-informed approach that helps individuals
move from survival to restoration—integrating evidence-informed care with
practical tools for sustainable healing. Her mission is to partner with individuals
in their healing journey so they can embrace a restorative new chapter marked by
clarity, resilience, and renewed identity.
In addition to her clinical work, Leslie is a motivational speaker who has presented
in community-based organizations, churches, nonprofit settings, and schools.
She is also the founder of LINC Global Integrative Health, an integrative health
collective supporting holistic well-being across multiple domains. Through digital
education and professional consultation, she equips individuals and organizations
with strategies that strengthen wellness, safety, and long-term capacity—helping
people show up as the best version of themselves in every lane they are called to influence.
